Blue Bird Child Daycare is a Family child day care in Sherman Oaks, CA. Our mission is to provide our children with all the love and care they deserve, in a safe and nurturing environment.
Curriculum we’ve designed, provides rich educational subjects our children love to learn, focusing on their emotional intelligence, social, logical, and artistic skills.
We fully understand immense responsibility to care for each child in a way that provides a peace of mind to their parents and family. With each child, we strive to find an approach which fulfills their desire to learn and become well-rounded in many areas. We strive to deliver educational and caring environment for all our children where all safety protocols are fully followed.
Our caretakers have an extensive background working with children of various ages and development skills.

Each week, children work on a new project.
Project could be just to draw something from a template, or make a paper figure or something we think would benefit the development of a child. Each project is challenging enough but not complex in nature. Child have a lot of fun as they learn new skills or artistic expressions.
“I can't say enough about Nona and Esmeralda! I've been taking my son here since he was 2 months old (he's now 2) and the amount of learning they provide is amazing! Logic classes, music classes, tumble classes, general manners etc. has my little boy love going to "school" and seeing his friends.
They truly love what they are doing and ALL of the kids, which after exhausting research I found to be VERY unusual! When I first interviewed Nona I approach her home and seriously thought I was at the wrong house since it was so quiet-Then to my surprise when she opened the door all the kids were sitting and eating and SO incredibly well behaved!!! I was I shock since I had just finished interviewing 5 other daycares were kids were screaming and running all around.
In addition, I am a 1st time single mom and they have gone above and beyond in providing additional support in accommodating my very hectic schedule. I am very grateful and wouldn't know what I would have done without these ladies!”
